To do ultra 2 change the fighting controls in options so you only need to change L1 fighting option to light punch+medium punch+heavy punch then in a match just press L1 a few times while turning the left analog stick in circles then you can do the ultra 2

@@williamsbossfightbase7159 you can set the settings in training mode for the CPU to continue jumping. Or you could've done it in a combo. Yes you can actually combo the air raging demon if I remember correctly.
