@@lolbitandftfoxysayhello6262 I think - don't quote me - but I think, in Street Fighter IV (which I'm relatively certain is a year before Super and Ultra Street Fighter IV), he was in one of Shadaloo's labs/buildings, and he was in there when the place blew up. I'm basing this off his SFIV ending, where he rescues Chun-Li, but I think that's the most plausible explanation... Then again, I've just remembered the same rival cutscene in SF4, so who the bloody heck knows, but it was a nice headcanon theory while it lasted eh? LOL.

You should take off your mask with "remove claw" in EX mode. When his mask is off, Vega's attacks deal slightly more damage. This bonus is, though, also applied when he receives damage, but remains an advantage for aggressive play.
