This induced a very deep trance for me, I think it brought me pretty close to falling asleep but without me actually asleep though (although I think I missed bits and pieces here and there), amazing. Got to love the feeling of deep trance but being able to remember it (I sometimes forget if I go too deep).

Great video, probably the deepest I've ever gone, my body perception changed so that I felt I was lying on a sylinder shape instead of a flat mattress, and letting go was very easy with this one. On to the strange thing; my right arm randomly levitated, actually twice in one session, without any direct suggestion. I've previously been conditioned to do this when starting to produce theta waves, do you think that was what happened?

I stayed awake for the file for a change. Went very deep with no conscious mind babbling. When he excited me, I had a series of about eight strong dry orgasms on pleasure waves. The final countdown one was shatteringly strong. I gave myself a trigger to get to that very deepest level in audio files I can record. It works like a champ to give myself commands and triggers. When I tried it, I immediately lost my conscious mind and was open to suggestion. Although my command to temporarily forget it did not work.
@warrengwonka8 жыл бұрын
Curious ... this time I remember him saying I was getting pleasure, but nothing further, and didn't feel post-organic when I woke. I had an empty mind the last I remember.

I do this a lot in the dark cuz thats where I feel my best but this time every time he told me to wake I saw something in my room but I couldn’t keep my eyes open long enough to know what it was and it felt like pressure on my chest/stomach but I couldn’t move or open my eyes until he said so and I ended up just falling asleep completely and waking up the next morning with a dead phone and tear stains so... yeah
@mommycynthia10454 жыл бұрын
Just to let you know, what happened was most likely sleep paralysis. Don't worry though, it's natural. In a nutshell, it's basically when your mind is awake but your body is asleep. If it happens again, just try to keep those eyes closed, it should help. Hope this helped! (And by the way, the hypnosis video isn't what caused it, and again, it's completely natural.)

Fiona's Induction is a good place to start, before you go for deep trances. Just relax and go with the flow. Repeat from time to time until it works. Then go to anything deeper. Get used to the feeling of the relaxation. There's nothing to fight ... just let it happen. When I look at the spiral from up close, my eyes relax and unfocus and I see two interlocking spirals as a sign to myself. Or I twitch a finger on each breath, and at about seven it stops twitching. Just a tiny voluntary movement that stops working and reassures me that I am going into trance,

Hypnosis never works on me.. I was staring at this screen, blank, and wide awake for the entire video, then I attempted it a second time. I could look away from the swirling colored lines and see a straight view on walls, my fingers, anywhere nearby and far away. Does this mean it didn't work? Because I felt no effect on me, besides an attempt to concentrate on what this person was trying to say.
@Kartashka10 жыл бұрын
You just need to lie down and follow the instructions (meaning you'll eventually close your eyes), and then it should work.

Usually closing them helps for beginners. Once you've experienced more hypnosis it's a lot easier on your eyes. And also, the same thing happened to me a few years back, when I was just starting to watch Carl. (Ultra.) It's perfectly normal for your eyes to hurt when you've stared at it for too long.
