I got these on both my street s.s. and my gravel/travel steed. They work flawlessly. Paired with the Speed Mullet, they are awesome.

I just checked out their website and at the very bottom it says "Made in a very rainy place" - which happens to be Sweden! It finally rained in California last week but I have not needed mud flaps once since 2017. Great company name too.

Such a clever solution for super chonky wide tires if you live somewhere you may only need occasionally being easy to install/remove and also seems like it would work on full suspension.

What about a front wheel fender? And also, the exposed section from the seat stays to the seat tube means wet and mud on your heels as you pedal.... No bueno for long rides in the wet, or bike packing/touring

Thanks for the review. I appreciate the minimal design of the Win Wing, but still getting the job done. I’ve had good results using a Mudhuggers rear gravel fender with home made velcro straps. Can switch easily between my 700c wheel gravel bike, and 27.5” dirt drop bike. The Mudhuggers front gravel fender works well on my dirt drop bike, but doesn’t fit the 700c gravel bike.

I use the Ass Savers Fendor Bendor on my Karate Monkey and this wishbone thingie looks like it could prevent it from flopping around in strong wind or hard hits in technical terrain. Do you think it might fit if I just punched three holes in the Fendor Bendor? The Win Wing alone looks too floppy for mountain biking.

what is the use of an "ultralight" mud guard on a bike that gets covered with mud anyway? you save two ounces there but then the frame itself collects a whole pound of dirt in less than a mile portnawak

I bought CAnyon fenders aluminium (60€) for my canyon Grizl, I never installed them fully because It has play that can/will damage the frame because the screws get to loose at some point; and they are definitly worth the value. I'm looking for more light and easy setup.

Having one for 3 inch tires would be awesome. The classic saddle mounted clip-on fenders are crap as they are, and Mudhugger-like arches interfere with externally routed cables along the seatstays.

Hmmm...I tested it as well. It totally is and looks flimsy. Yet yes it worked fine, yet I could not get over it's look, it's well making it look flimsy. Yet still interesting product. With rough wind it gets a bit flimsier still. So I ripped it off again and call it a parts box filler now. Ass savers also this one is not really an enduring choice. But yet it functions for the time when forgetting a fender, the moment I bought this one was when already on the road while looking for a quick fix. Cheap and does the job for a season.

I bet someone with ingenuity could DIY a US version of the win-wing for less than $25 I for example have a DIY mudguard constructed from a 2 L water bottle that extends over the entire Tire no matter the size and can be attached to the bike via seatpost using a rear reflector mount. I call it the invisible mud guard because when you're looking at it you don't see it I have even come up with a version that you can attach to a rear pennier wreck to cover the spray from the water and mud being thrown out the underside of the rack and is still flung onto your trunk bag or your back side

So it's a flimsy plasticy flop flapper. Why not just take the time to install proper fenders, at least if you're on a rigid gravel bike? I've used quite a few of these quick-install disposable fenders and it's always the same; When it's raining and you have it on there, OK, it somewhat works. Then the next day it's dry and the fender flap is useless and looks ugly, so you take it off. But, because it's all muddy from when it was raining, you don't want to put it in your bag or whatever, so you just throw it into the corner of the shed and then bam, next time you're out and it starts raining, you don't have the thing with you. I guess maybe if you have like a full sus mountain bike as your only bike, and you want to commute on it, this could have some use
