over ray schtrom can be used on junis blue does not rule out the possibility of core impulses and other techniques from junis red all can still be used on the junis blue form we know the junis blue form is an upgrade from the junis red form it should be able to use all the capabilities of junis red, it's different if junis red using junis blue's ability is very unreasonable downgrade form using upgrade ability. Let's say that if Junis Red wants to use arrows or swords, he has to go up to Junis Blue form to unlock arrow and sword abilities.
