Thanks so much! I just bought the smaller Ultra Pro Cooker set. I so look forward to making this recipe! Our microwave is broken right now. So, I will just cook twice as long in oven. I'll check back and let everyone know how long it takes to reach 165 degrees.

I am finally making the time to reply. This was amazing, juicy, delicious! I have the 3.7 quart size Ultra Pro and used a 6.18lb chicken. I did not have rosemary on hand (LOL, I know, that is my name.), so I used Italian seasoning instead. Since I like more potatoes and carrots, I used a different container for the veggies. Sadly, our microwave is broken, so it did take longer in the oven, about an hour. The best part? I was able to prep it during the day and put it in the fridge for the family to cook/enjoy while I was at work. It stayed juicy when I reheated it for leftovers. We were all tired, so we just put that bird right back in the fridge. Still juicy and fresh 5 days later. I used the 2.1 quart piece as the lid, but you could use the 3.25qt piece to take up less space. (And put something on top if your fridge is crowded.) Thanks, Tupperware Boys for a great recipe!
