This video demonstrates that the machine can emit an annoying sound for a long period of time. To show printhead cleaning you would need to have a printer with ink try to print and fail, followed by print head cleaning followed by the same printer with the same ink cartridges then printing. Optionally if you could demonstrate that it was still printing days or weeks later, I would be convinced.

no puedo creer que a nadie se le haya ocurrido que hacer despues que se paso el cabezal por el agua de canilla / grifo... nadie paso por el foro epsonianos? todas las cosas que haciamos en aquella epoca y de ahi salio gran parte de los videos que ahora se difunden como si fueran los autores de tal tecnica?... queda a criterio y experiencia. saludos desde mar del plata / argentina

es verdad que el ultrasonido trabaja mucho mejor con esa cantidad de agua, pero sumergir el cabezal, con agua de grifo es dañino, porque los minerales (solidos disueltos) tapan el cabezal. pero sumergirlo todo es dañarlo

me extraña colega que no haya probado esta tecnica de sumergir el cabezal en agua de grifo. desafios eran cuando en las epocas de epsonianos con las viejas epson stylus II, epson 300, las 400 etc etc y no estando al alcance de todos las bateas y habia que experimentar las 1.000 maneras de destapar un cabezal...bueno yo forme parte de esa epoca de los comienzos de epsonianos y compartiamos entre colegas de diferentes paises las tecnicas que habiamos experimentado. experimentar es apartarse un poco de los libros y ver en la practica hasta donde lo imposible puede ser posible y asi nacio esto de probar sumergir el cabezal en diferentes liquidos y muchas de las tecnicas que hoy se ven en youtube fueron sacadas de aquel epsonianos de pepeuve. desde mar del plata un saludo.

hola realza puede ser que para limpiar un cabezal en una batea hay que cubrir el cabezal con liquido hasta que no toque el conector o placa porque podria dañar el cabezal

@@user-jt3fr1zg8j Нет. Это скорее всего невозможно. Можно попробовать следующее - в головку закачивать воздух, а дюзы опустить в уз ванну 1 минута. Чтобы воздух как изолятор работал. Но это всё равно может попортить головку. Картриджи HP чистятся без проблем. Долбил их очень жёстко и норм. Епсон дохнет.

I tried to do this And i also made sure to dry up the printheads... But after installing it on the printer... The printer doesnt turn on anymore? It work a few seconds and stopped working... It shorted both n 2 transistors on the board so i was skeptical on using this now... I have the same ultrasonic as you have... And i did the same thing... So What could have gone wrong? I am 100percent sure printer is working and it has brand new powersupply before tryong this out... Maybe next time i would just put little water so it does not touch the board on the printhead... Because i think the water doing ultrasonic damages the board

Assuming that ultrasound can damage the electronic board if it is exposed for a long time, but what kind of damage can it cause. In worst case it can be some open line and malfunctioning on print head but there is no chance to cause shorts on any components and as a result of it to shut down the printer.

The only problem is using tap water. We use ultrasonic cleaner and distiled water to clean printead on comercial printers where heads are 10s of thousands of pounds.

I bought this printer for 2,5 dollars, it was in a terrible state. After ultrasonic cleaning and a couple of head cleaning (on PC) after that the printer test page was 100%. I have mounted ciss system on it and till now I am still using this printer (Epson SX100)

hola.este sistema lo vengo empleando hace años. solo hay que saber que hacer con el agua. no digan que esta mal .soy un ex epsonianos y hace mas de 20 años trabajo destapando cabezales epson y brother. y tambien meto bajo agua las motherboards antes de repararlas y los lentes laser de las unidades opticas...solo hay que saber QUE hacer con el agua . saludos desde Mar del Plata.en mi facebook estan las fotos de mis trabajos.-

el foro epsonianos estaba compuesto por gente que acepto el desafio de hacer posible lo imposible a tal punto que seiko epson logro cerrar los foros...quiere decir que algo haciamos bien.

por ejemplo solo eb mi caso y en mi banco de trabajo solo inyector con pulso y ultra y fluido en la parte del inyector nada mas por que sabemos la fatiga que tiene el cabezal al estar en el ultra!! si el espejo no esta bien con el ultra se hace pelota el cabezal

solo voy a agregar un par de detalles mas con respecto a las bateas basicas de ultrasonido-no las industriales o de gran potencia. tengo unas 5 baku y compre 1 aoyue de estas que muestran aqui y me gusto la potencia.aca hay que resaltar que no se debe dejar en contacto la lamina del cabezal directo a la batea sino hay que dejarlo flotar ya que el trabajo lo hacen el impacto de las burbujas y segun los liquidos sean mas densos o no sera el impacto y el resultado. hasta ahora nunca he reventado un cabezal sea en batea o de forma manual pero si he desarmado algunos que no tenian solucion para ver su estructura interna y hacer mis propias conclusiones sobre tal o cual tipo de trabajo.si se deja en contacto directo cabezal y batea la potencia terminara deteriorando el cabezal como bien decis...por eso se lo deja flotar. es mas en los videos de epson se lo ve suspendido y no tocando la base.no es un hierro oxidado que se lo deja reposar en el fondo. y para terminar.utilizo una cuna de microprocesador con algunos toques para que apoye el cabezal y las burbujas den de lleno sobre la lamina y no quede en contacto con la batea. estos detalles no se los tiene en cuenta y por eso terminan matando un cabezal que solo era para destapar.un saludo desde mar del plata.

@@valla2310 hola rodrigo.este tutorial de batea no comprende a las series L xque lo vas a dañar. se muestran muchos videos pero estan editados. este en particular de meter en agua los cabezales anteriores yo lo vengo haciendo hace años pero los L son de cuidado. lamento no haberte sido util.cuidado porque vas a apagar la impresora con todos los daños imaginables.saludos.-
