Carter is making releases like this for years. Travel adjustment, tension adjustments, reliability, stainless and so on. What is the hype with UV???

U need to shoot it like a back tension. You are punching the trigger you can shrink your groups. Adjust the thumb so that’s it’s just behind your first digit on your thumb and you’re able to curl around the button making contact with the button. Lock your thumb there, and pull back with your elbow. Lower letoff will help. Good shooting bro. Best release in the market!

Honestly the only major diff is that the hook is towards thump instead of away, very similar

Going from a wrist to a thumb, how much did you have to change your form/anchor point? ive been looking at this release and was wondering how much of a learning curve it had? awesome video as always man!

Def a change in form potentially a minor change in draw length in some situations. It will become familiar like everything else after a couple hundred reps, people argue with me all the time but the two major differences between wrist and handheld is your trigger finger changes and the form of your wrist hand and arm, I would say it’s all preference on what feels most comfortable and what u are most consistent with. I still prefer a wrist release for my own reasons and experiences in the feild

It will chance everything. Your ancor point will change. Your point of impact will definitely change. And there will be change of getting comfortable with release. I done the same 3 years ago and never looked back. Instantly once I got solid with the release Instantly noticed my groups got tighter and just the overall control over the release was better. I will say put as many thumb buttons you can in your hand even if you don't shoot them. There are several variations short neck long neck as well as 2 finger 3 finger and 4 finger.
