Ma'am, I too assembled it by own. But three screws left me with unused. Did I forgot some thing to tight or company provided extra one?

This chair doesnt come with patented Smartgrid cushioning for the seats eventhough it is the company's costliest chair. Why have you not highlighted this major flaw in this chair in your review ?

Since comfort was my first concern when I visited the shop to check it out, I don't consider it to be a problem. This chair is more comfortable than the SmartGrid cushioning chair. And it's the only chair that can be washed without demanding any special maintenance.

Yes, It is... You can buy without any doubt.. but will suggest you to visit The Sleep Company Store just to have it's look and feel.
