I am amaized that many times you can divide african words and find hebrew words in them. Lili is a hebrew name meaning "oath to G-d". Zelah is also a hebrew word that means "side or lean on sideways". Together I image it is a pledge/oath to remain at G-od's side or on the side of G-od. I also find Ululation to be rooted in the Hebrew word Hallel, simply repeated rapidly. Hallel meaning " praise". So it seems to be an act of praise that is names after an oath. Comemoration. Also Zelah was a town in the territory of the tribe of Benjamine in the Bible.
