ULVH Dr. Stephanie Halley

Meet Dr. Stephanie Halley, the newest addition to our ULVH Veterinary team.
Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Stephanie Halley earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services from Central Michigan University with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation and Rehabilitative Medicine. Having been involved with local animal rescues through her undergraduate studies, she altered her career and redirected towards Veterinary Medicine. She graduated from Michigan State University and received her degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.
Prior to joining the Union Lake Veterinary Hospital team, she worked in emergency medicine and private practice. Particular interests include soft tissue surgery, large breed dogs, and preventive care.
Outside of working hours, Dr. Halley has a passion for health and fitness. She enjoys teaching group fitness classes such as Strong Nation™, Zumba®, and recovery/mobility training. In her imaginary free time, she also enjoys camping, traveling, and crafting!
