Ulwe is very costly erea ,,ac busses costly ,, grocery costly ,,,, Kharkoper is costly ,,,,life style is costly in ulwe new Bombay,,, jo log investor hai unke liye thik hai ,,,,baki normal family ke liye very costly bacchon ko ajucation dengey ki home emi pay karogey ,, Bombay out side property lo its good thing ,, budget property,,,,,, investor log unko koi matlab nahi hota ki rent pe bhi denge to rent ke liye pareshan kartey ,,,this is true ,,ulwe only glitter that's it.... Honestly idea nahi tya road baddal pan sadhya 6 kms cha distance aahe dusra kuthla road banel asa vatat nahi Karan via khadi banvav lagel. Banla tari khoop time lagel

Ulwe is very expensive as far as plots are concerned. Generally the developers are buying those plots.
