They were, just to less of an extent. Honest Hearts was supposed to include more of new Canaan than just Zion valley, Dead Money's villa was supposed to be a lot bigger, and Big Mountain was supposed to have a few additional side activities, I think they pretty much finished Lonesome Road though.

Dialogue with Ulysses is like poetry, all in all one of the most memorable characters in Fallout in my opinion.

No. I don't use any visual mods. But I do add some sharpening during video editing. Maybe it's that.

Not a liar so much as a hypocrite. He's willing to do the exact thing he hates the player for doing out of his desperate need to apply greater meaning and importance to all events and acts. Still an amazing character though.

@@rhymenoceros3303 I love new Vegas but I thought Ulysses was annoying af. He really felt like he needed an editor he is so inconcise and I uncharismatic, despite his motivation and beliefs being relatively straightforward. Such a bore.
