Can't get enough of this writing. I get why some people have no patience for it, but this DLC really communicates a sense of scale that's nowhere to be found in Fallout 3 or 4. Unreliable narrator or not, Ulysses has me genuinely believing that this battle (be it with bullets or words) decides the fate of entire nations. Really cool stuff, considering it's entirely dialogue

I never really understood what ulysses meant by the divide being a new civilization taking its first breaths, especially when you consider the fact that it was on fast track to being an NCR territory by the time he got there, and by the time it was nuked.
