I agree. It's a pet peeve of mine when someone makes an otherwise helpful makeup video and fails to mention a fundamental point for me- which is letting the viewer know which shades were used, especially when her skin tone is similar to my own. I decided not to subscribe because as you point out, she failed to respond to multiple requests for the shade.

Ok. I'm a burn survivor with a story similar to the founder. I just want to kindly correct your comment about how she was burned. Never cool to say "she burned herself real bad." She was burned. I appreciate the review. Thank you.
