I love this so much. 'No Confluence' is such a great name. Two equal and opposing bodies, intrinsically intertwined but never once touching. I love the snakes so much. It's hypnotic because so many of the patterns aren't entirely convincing. It's an illusion that is visible enough to keep the eyes engaged but still definitely appears real. The 2d and 3d, are parts that make up the whole, the background being static or dynamic. I am not a fan and this is the first I have ever heard of Umami. I stumbled upon this video somehow while I was scrummaging through KZbin last night. This isn't my usual style of music (not that I have a specific style) but for some reason I didn't click on a different video while listening to this. I began reading the comments while listening and noticed that there were no negative comments which is not normal for KZbin comments. As the music played I began to settle into a calm trance like mood. I ended up closing my eyes and laying back while listening. I could FEEL the music as if it was an emotional expression from within myself. I can understand now why there wasn't any negative comments here. This is real. This was created by a musical artist. I could feel it (whatever "it" is). Keep putting this out for all to experience because it is something that is for the world. Your gift is really our gift being moved through you. Before I realized it I had fallen asleep and I am sure I wouldn't have if not for your music. It sedated me in a good way. To sum it up I just want to say Thank you and you are inspirational. This is REAL.

There's so much more detail in the animation of the snakes than I originally thought there was. At first I thought they were going through one rotation per loop, but the tongues and the dots on their bodies suggest 4 rotations per loop. Their tongues match the other snake's eye color. And I enjoyed changing the way the debris in the background flew by thinking about it differently. I stared at the snakes for the entire 26 and a third minutes, sometimes getting lost in the animation of the snakes and other times getting lost in the beautiful music. When it got to the end I was surprised time flew so fast because of how much I enjoyed it :)

In this moment, music becomes an ever changing flow of polarity like the dance of the two snakes, always flowing through life… occasionally, there are a few memorable pieces of music that stand out from the crowd… a passing of time that grows along life’s eternal moment… a comment posted under a video experienced by the readers’ voice inside the mind… an exchange of patience for a visual rhythmic hypnosis and an intriguing combination of sounds vibrating at a pace of organic timing… the space between all continues to freely play within and without itself, everywhere and nowhere… everything and nothing matter… what is and what isn’t swirl together for an ultimate harmonic balance of doing and being… the known and unknown coexist in simultaneous peace and chaos… the masculine and feminine copulate to reproduce an infinite energetic qi that takes and gives here and there, everywhere and nowhere… the beginning and the end…
