The nice thing about this & the 1077, is these both are large double action revolver type actions. They should be fairly reliable.

I can't believe the day you post your canex video is the same day I ordered my own.... with a ctoptic 40mm reddot. Have a couple of 1077s but have to try this one. 🇺🇸

I went through two and both leaked CO2..one of my viewers said he took his apart and put plumbers tape around the threads where the CO2 seat screws in and it fixed the problem. Thought I'd pass that on from The Flying Can Ranch.

Interesting. I haven't had any issues yet, but I've seen a lot of issues with others.

I got it when it came out and have been very pleased with it. It is well built, it is accurate, it is inexpensive and it is powerful. My croni, 480-650FPS. Easy to load and maintain. Been airgunning for years and this rifle puts the Crosman 1077 to shame.

It looks fun. I shoot a lot of CO2 in the winter, down in the basement. The Diana Chaser has been getting a workout.
@milesstover372410 күн бұрын
how does the Diana Chaser compare to a modified/carbine Crosman 2240? I love my 2240 but hate the trigger, wondering if Chaser trigger is smooth

@milesstover3724 The trigger is very good. 2 stage with a adjustment in the trigger itself.

Yes! The UX Canex has developed a bit of a bad reputation for leaking CO2. Looks as though it did well for this review though!

Btw, Walnut and Steel plus OTSA corresponding on a thread re: an airgun?! Feels like this airgun "fanboy's" equivalent of eavesdropping on a conversation between Trump and Musk! Great stuff, gentlemen. Thank you very much as you've both helped me tremendously with answering questions and making purchases.

I wonder if all the people having issues are user error. I just ordered one so hopefully it’s a not a defective one.
@MichaelWhite-cx4ho6 күн бұрын
I've used airguns of one type or another all of my life and own many from simple spring power to super high powered PCP. I bought one just out of curiosity because of all the issues that people were having. Read the manual cover to cover. Followed the directions to the T, and literally had the seal blow while it was just sitting on my kitchen table as I filled magazines. No user error whatsoever just a very hit and miss defective product. @@mrdrums007

Great little plinker for my 11 year old son and the price is right too. I did end up getting the Komplete and still have yet to fire it since its 0 degrees where we are right now, (looking forward to that right there XD) But I think the Synergis is the one I would go with for him since hes somewhat experienced allready. Thank you for yet another great video!!! PA TINGGG!!!

Hey i’m an old fan and subscriber of the channel! was wondering if you could do a review of the daisy model 25? it’s a pretty sweet pump action bb gun. it states 350 fps like the red ryder but when I chronographed it read an average of 426 fps out of 10 shots with simple crosman copperheads, which is super surprising because as we know other daisy bb guns marketed at 350 are around 260 fps. anyways its my favorite low powered bb gun and it would be great to watch a OTSA video on it! Hope you have a great evening and keep up the great videos!!

Great show! I can't wait for Umarex to work out the bugs. I've had 3 Canex duds. Sent one to Umarex, it failed after 10 shots. That said, fun factor is high!

It's official....the canex is a great budget plinker. Better than the1077....much better! Only problem is the shot count per co2 is not enough to top a good 1077, but it's 10× cooler for sure. If it had an 80-100 instead of 45 shot count it would be the new budget king! OTSA rocks!...🇺🇸

My next purchase is going to be the Benjamin fortitude generation 2! I've been looking and looking and they're very scarce, hopefully i can get one before they get discontinued!

That rifle looks pretty cool and seems to shoot well, but I still like my 1077 as far as cheap CO2 rifles go. I have a red dot on it and it's quite accurate for what it is, and a lot of fun.

Their are way too many possible problems with a CO2 PELLET GUN. I have owned several. And none have stood up to hard use. They all loose power rapidly there's no way the last shot is as powerful as the fifth. So if you're looking at one as a survival weapon you're going to have a lot of hungry days. And how are you going to replace the 302 canisters in any survival situation. A break barrel is more practical.
