A note to Umarex......when are we going to get the 1851 colt navy, I’m sure the black powder version can in corporate a cartridge conversion as many did. It would be a best seller and great for us collectors.....don’t you think ? Oh and don’t forget the hexagonal barrel.

An amazing replica! B.T.W. not only in older days... we use the so-called "Cowboy Load" (5 rounds, 1 empty) still today. It's a matter of safety even if modern guns suggest that they're safer as the good old ones.

@@mitchly Sorry, Billy, I don't know of the availability of black grips in the U.K. as I'm in Alberta, Canada. the Pellet 5" Silver SAA Revolver does come with black grips, which is one of the revolvers I purchased and swapped it with the white grips that came with the BB 5" Blued version. they both look much better with the grips swapped.

I've got the Umarex peacemaker in Nickel and faux ivory With the standard barrel length. I think it might be 4 and 5/8 inches I'm not sure. Love the gun! Well Balanced and accurate. Conservative use of co2. Speaking of Umarex, Could you recommend a good source for all the cool replica finish options that Umarex makes? I'm not finding outlets for them in The States. Including on the Umarex website. Just bought the cowboy rifle and love it. I was hoping to get the one with the nickel finish receiver and barrel but could not find a seller. I also have the MP40 and the M712 I know the MP40 comes in a weathered finish but I have not found it anywhere. Isn't that just like a Yank. I get a full auto bb gun With a 52 round magazine no questions asked. BUT it's not good enough! I want the authentic weathered finish.😁

One of the things which has always bothered me about airgun reviews is the lack of durability testing. Although you're probably fine with BSA or Weireruch(sp) what about things like this? Well I saw a German video yesterday where the YT'er put several hundred rounds down the barrel of his SAA, and it broke. He disassembled it and the barrel was so thin it had burst near the breach end. Not good. And I've found out the SA10 has a wear issue as well although not barrel related. And as for the Dan Wesson 715's now being shipped with shorter rifled barrels than they started shipping with...
@Frodogrant3 жыл бұрын
I think I saw the same review but he was firing steel BBs, from the comments below that video the consensus was that he'd probably taken some shots on a near empty pressure bulb and so low power so the BB got stuck, he then fired another BB backing up behind the jammed one hence the bulge in the barrel?? Would be interesting to know as I really like this gun and my credit-card is itching to buy one in the new year.... :-) :-)
@loc47253 жыл бұрын
@@Frodogrant As steel BB's are used the barrel should be slightly larger than the BB, so that isn't likely. I have recently heard that some people replace the barrel with a rifled version, which is supposedly much more robust although it means you can only fire pellets. Probably not an issue though given that I'll be more accurate.

Those grips are horrible. The shape is NOT correct. They are too long and ruin the looks of the gun. I know the reason is because of the CO2 cartridge needs more room. However, the maker should try to find a way to make the gun grip shape AUTHENTIC. Make an air soft version like the fantastic TANAKA single action which is 100% authentic in its grip shape.

Andy I just clicked the video and as for werewolf hunting I am kinda offended by that remark I was five years old at the time and I was with my uncle who is now deceased he had to put me down and I was pretty much skin and bones because I was adopted by his relatives and I was not supposed to survive being born well anyway he set me down next to a tree and a couple of hours went by and then another and I was approached by a female werewolf and I have heard the legends of them being around there so I thought I was about to die but the female werewolf picked me up and started to whimper and she thought I was abandoned by my family so she took me in and raised me as her own child I was considered part of the pack for a entire year I was living and eating with werewolves and also you don't need silver to kill them don't believe what Hollywood says now yes some are dangerous to humans like us but some are kind and loving and anything that states that you can be turned into one from a bite that is also wrong they are a different type of wolf that somehow managed to evolve human characteristics so yeah and I have to say that people say that Bigfoot is real but it's not Maryland which is my home state is said to be the most populous of Bigfoot and I have been in every forest in Maryland and not once have I seen a track of Bigfoot or smelled the stench that people say I'm grown up now and pretty tall and ripped basically I'm seven foot three and I always go to Virginia to meet my werewolf family the one who took me in is now old and worn out I have to mash the food for her because her teeth have fallen out I'm going to go back to see her next month so please try to be respectful even though some are bad not all are my werewolf brothers are also grown up they are just a little bit bigger than me by a few inches and they are the kindest brothers I've ever had because my birth brothers are assholes she had many children and she would also help anyone who got lost in the woods she has saved many lives both adults and children
