Umbaran Cheese Rolls - Oga’s Cantina Copycat Recipe

At Oga’s Cantina in the Stars Wars area of Hollywood Studios Disney World, these pretzel buns filled with “herbed cheese” (pimento cheese) are served with a sauce very similar to honey mustard. They are called Umbaran Cheese Rolls and cost $12.
I decided to see if I could copy it at home…and used too much cheese.
So definitely toast the buns after cross cutting them, then add 2 tablespoons of pimento cheese, not 4. You will use about 6 ounces of pimento cheese for 4 rolls.
Bake at 350 Fahrenheit or 175 Celsius for 20-25 minutes, and cool to room temperature for the best taste.
Fast and easy dinner, almost no cleanup, and under 400 calories per bun (with honey mustard sauce) for about $2 each.
