I think she's supposed(?) to do that. She talks about how she didn't wanna fight anymore after the original fight, so I assume as much.

She's only available on Steam right now in Alpha because she isn't finished yet and console has a much more difficult update process, so its easier to just patch everything in at once when she's 100%. Shouldn't be too much long of a wait though, seems like its mostly voices acting and tweaks/bugs left to do.
