he takes his losses very well. he described his losses very calmly and in a detailed fashion. he never once cried about losing. he stated a fact that if you stop doing a certain thing for a while, your skill set will degrade. your brain is filling itself with other information, so it has to set aside seemingly useless skills at the time to make room for the current one. it just takes a lil while for it to restore a skill set. i'm not talking shit, this is just literally how your brain works.

What's tricky about the bold cancel, is timing. the way i have my button layout, I have one button act as two actions (L+M). Even pressing one button with two actions + S, gives you your teleport. So while Stinger(Dante's wall bounce(foward H)) is happening, press down down (very quickly) and L, M, or H + S. Not only will the game read it as dant's bold cancel, but it will also read the down down motion, causing him to teleport. if you have any questions, let me know. be happy to help :)

Did you try your Captain America team? Also, can you try characters like Rocket Raccoon , Virgil , Nova ? All your team except Strider somehow only from original MvC3.

It's a term we use in the fighting game community. It's slang for strategies, combos, infinites etc. Basically anything new or undiscovered specific to the game referenced.

Spiderman, Felica, and Ironfist is his number 2 team. If the tournament is huge, he normally runs this team first in the early pools just to have some fun squashing noobs. Justin was also the first to use Ironfist in a tournament when UMVC first came out and he even won the first UMVC tournament using Ironfist. Nova, Doom, and Dorm seems to be a test team.

I can prob help you. I literally just figured this out last night. Idk if you use your controller or an arcade stick, but i use a ps3 controller. Ok so let me explain: as you know, teleport requires the motion of down down S, and Bold Cancel is S+(any action button(specifically L, M, or H)).

I use a ps3 pad, and i think the technique for the cancel is move specific. If you plan on using it for the volcano combo i recommend m h hold forward h then tap L and S with your thumb and quickly hitting down-forward because you were still holding forward, then hit M for the volcano. which you jump cancel out of for the follow up. For the teleport after a H.K.D. I recomend df hhh fh tap l+s and hit down at the same time, then tap s and down again. other moves i'm not so good at : P

I think you guys misunderstood what Max meant when he apologized for being rusty.
