It is very good that you will show in video, how to prepare, both physically and mentally in the way of Karate Do. My Sensei Covarrubias (q.p.d.) we also trained using leagues, en legs and arms. It developed strength and speed en the extremities. After using the leagues, and already when we thingy, we were doing the movements and you felt very light, then perfomed faster movements and whit more power. My appreciation to Sensei Naka Tatsuya for their work.

This is not Karate-do. This seems to be a training session especially for competition kumite and team kata - looking forward to the JKA World Cup 2014 Tokyo.

El karate Kyokushin Kai es mejor

Son distintos. Admiro mucho el estilo Kyokushin. Pero no creo que uno sea mejor que el otro.

No hay estilos mejores que otros, sin mencionar que en karate combat hasta ahora no ha habido ningún representante de kyokyshin, sin fundamento es mejor no hablar.
