As an older woman, (myself I'm talking about) I truly appreciate and think that it's important that you speak freely about perspiration products, your period, your personal journey with womens issues. When I had my period, I had endometriosis and that was not talked about. Doctors thought a woman was crazy when she tried to explain what was going on with her body and the excruciating pain that was experienced. Fertility issues. All of that, that you are speaking of helps women. You are doing a service for women and should be very proud. Thanks Tati!
@cloud__998 ай бұрын
Totally agree. When I went to my family doctor he got all uncomfortable and didn’t take me seriously when I talked about my pain. He dismissed it as normal period pain and I had to argue my way to a referral to a specialist. I was shocked that even some doctors still get squeamish about “women’s issues”. Raising awareness truly helps and it’s also just comforting to be reminded that we’re not alone in our struggles.

Do you know it's still to this day takes an average of 8 years for a woman to get diagnosed with endometriosis! Doctors are failing us we are still being dismissed!
@maryelizabethmcgregor4138 ай бұрын
Hey there is some news out about endodermis very recently! There has been study done already about it just yesterday i heard. Theres already a cure to it, but they just recently realized that like 90% of woman that have it also have this type illness also. So the doctors are thinking that it may be causing it. Sorry i just cant remember the exact terminology for that specific illness. But google it and it should come up!

@cloud__99 I'm 59 now and THANK GOD for menopause! I only had 1 good week every month.I was miserable the week before, the week during and the week after my period. It helped destroy 2 marriages! No one understands the agony and pain of endometriosis until they have experienced it.

Dental assistant here, use any toothpaste you want, or use dirt , it is the action of the bristles that do the work! The toothbrush is the important tool! If a nice toothpaste helps you to brush, use it!

As a student dentist, you need a fluoridated toothpaste (or at minimum at HAP toothpaste) to prevent tooth decay- just brushing twice daily is not shown in studies to prevent tooth decay. Will it prevent gingivitis? Yes. But it’s the enamel strengthening properties of fluoride in toothpaste that helps prevent decay
@joyce_dmd8 ай бұрын
@@CoKiEsAnDcReAm07As an actual dentist for 20 yrs I urge you to do research on the harmful effects of fluoride. It is neurotoxic and it’s way better to use a toothpaste with hydroxyapatite. Jesus, dental schools need to update what they teach their students!
@heathercordova28888 ай бұрын
@@joyce_dmd thanks for saying this. I only hear dentist tell me and my kids to use fluoride. I politely tell them no thank you… they insist it’s the only thing to build the sensitive areas. Hey Tati! Thank u for being so candid. Love these kinds of videos! I found a weird beauty thing about a month or 6 weeks ago. I’m 36 & have hormonal acne so bad. It was painful and kept coming in at the same place. Lasted for weeks until I finally had to lance it myself. It was awful. Anyway I found on the tikytoky that you can use diaper rash cream with zinc oxide as the last step in ur routine to kill the bacteria that causes acne. Yes baby bum cream. I went back to basics: Kate Somerville sulpur wash, murad retinol & bum cream and in less then two weeks, my skin was clear and healed. I still have the odd pimple but they’re super small and go away pretty fast. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with acne, I may look like a geisha before bed but darn gosh golly I do not care! Luv u Tati 🩷☺️🙏

Great stuff Tati. When I lived in the U.S my best friend loved using feminine douche. I implored her to stop, but she wouldn't. A few years later she passed away from cervical cancer and I am sure the douching contributed to it. Talk about all these feminine issues whenever you can as the practices that we use, often handed down and never questioned, can end up being detrimental. Loved your advice re tampons and pads. Loved this video. I use a lot of those products and it makes a world of difference it just rejuvenates the whole body. I use a lot of the aha and bha products in bath products and lotions. I think it really helps the anti aging process by sluffing off the dead skin. It just makes your skin not look as dull and your skin just looks brighter. I think I am obsessed with that part of skincare. I think your skin just looks younger without those dead skin cells hanging around and if you have fine lines I think using acids prevents those areas from looking like deep wrinkles.
