After running kaafi tired feel hota h ,, nd full day study kr nhi pata mostly time sleepy feel krta hu,,, so can I use LEMON + SUGAR +SALT drink or other drink after running,,,, need help sir

Eat carbohydrate and Proteins within 1 hour of training. Also keep yourself hydrated before during and after training sessions. Do proper warm-up and cooldown

Sir, mai koi academy nahi join kiya hu lekin mera 100m ka time bahut achaa hai. Mai ground me hi khud se practice karta hu agar mera 100m ka time 10:20 tak aa jaayega toh kya app mujhe aage badhne me help karenge. Mera matlab aap mujhe High level par pahucha denge. Pls reply sir.
