For ai refer Mausam sir nptel videos Data warehousing can be read from any data mining book For Machine learning you prefer any nptel videos with the assignment from the different universities like Stanford etc For statistics and probability prefer fundamentals of probability For linear algebra - Gilbert strang videos and assignments For any more doubts please ping me

Ai is quite easy to learn if you know graph traversal techniques like dfs,bfs etc. Reasoning under uncertainty is also easy needs conditional independence topic to know that complete the probability syllabus of da paper
