Mam you said that the antiepileptic drug binds to inactive sodium channel, but if sezier is occurred there is and active stage so how will it binds to inactive stage and control convulsions bcz there during seizure there is no inactive na+ channel

Seizure is like a symptom where abnormal discharge form neuron is there with high frequency , abnormal firing and in epilepsy there is recurrent episodes of seizures is there. ☺
