Toh kuch bhi ho sakta hai---in 3 situation mein se. Ek hi cell me hoga, magar situation different ho sakta hai. Just different cases explain kiya hai Ma'am ne. Why do restriction enzymes of bacteria not cut their own DNA? Why can it cut plasmids in genetic engineering, which are also part of the bacterial cell?...if methylation takes place in their own DNA...how can it cut its own plasmid DNA?? Doesn't methylation occurs on plasmid DNA??
