Unarmed Teenager Shot By Cop While Getting A Burger

Zachary Hammond was shot and killed by a police official during a sting operation. The police officer is unidentified and the department refuses to release his information. Hammond was going through the drive thru at Hardee’s and the police officer suspected him of illegal activity. The officer blocked the car, but evidence shows that the officer shot through the driver’s side window and his life was not in immediate danger. The officers name is Mark Tiller. 2nd it was in the parking lot of a Hardee’s but not in the drive through. 3rd if you are driving a car you are not unarmed. 4th his passenger a 23 year old female attempted to text a friend to sell them drugs but accidentally texted a cop. Cops set up the drug deal and tried to make the arrest; that’s when Zach tried to get away and was shot. like I said KZbin or google it and you can watch the video it’s only about 10 seconds. It was a bad shooting and the officer deserves at least a manslaughter charge. Just don’t like when they mess up simple facts. He was not “Trying to get a burger“ It was a bad shooting, I think it was murder. It's because they take anybody. Too many police officers are soft and should not be police. In the middle east soilders have a split second and they stop and think before they kill a potential threat because if this threat is a civilian the soldier could be punished. So why they hell aren't police officers one, thinking before they act and two, not being punished for their mistakes? No cops here are actually fine, it’s this channel and the media that makes them look shitty. If you look into this incident then you will find dashcan footage that shows the kid almost run over the cop and him try and speed away and you will also find out he girl did not have a little weed but 10 grams, almost a half an ounce which can last multiple weeks, which leads to the inference that she had plans to sell it that night due to the fact that the police had a tip that she was drug trafficking and she had a prior offense for possession of drugs. But now a days in America no one does there own research and listen to all the retards on tv and KZbin

MY UNCLE IS A RETIRED POLICE OFFICER, AND CAN ATTEST TO THIS! He retired in 2013 after a 36 year career with Aurora, CO. Police Dept.. He told me when He was a rookie in 1977, the training was to calmly and assertivly confront and deescalate a person's emotions or situation. He says, over the past 20 years, that training was mostly phased out from the academy training, and slowly replaced with training to confront, and assert ( sometimes with aggression) authority, demand compliance, and use force. He wrote to the academy several times about the increasingly aggressive nature of new police officers since the mid-1990's, but was ignored every time. ( He wrote over 200 letters). He would almost think of himself as TJ Hooker (If you remember the TV 1980's show "TJ Hooker" with William Shattner, it was about a veteran cop 👮who was well balanced. He was tough, but still fair with criminals he confronted). By the mid 2000's, he found most all new officers were high strung, and almost seemed to have a grudge against the public. He says, when he retired, he was sick of how aggressive the police department culture had become. Most of the new cops were military veterans who had come back from Afghanistan, and had cases of PTSD. He himself was veteran. Served 6 years in the Marines, some of which were in Vietnam. But he, as well as most veterans of the time were levelheaded, and adjusted well back to civilian life. When he left the PD, he says he didn't recognize it anymore as its culture had become so self-rightous and held underhanded animosity toward the public.
