Id rather buy a boat like this then a house, cheaper in the long run, put some solar panels up. Im sure slip fees are cheaper then rent or a mortage. Plus a water view 24/7 and the option to travel once and a while. Perfect

??? I wasn't told this boat wasn't available on March 30, 2020, when I asked for information. The response i got was scammy though with very little solid information provided. I had to give it a hard pass. The agent to whom I spoke (referred through Yacht World) was living in the marina with the boat, but knew almost nothing about its history or specs.

i have brokered , owned , restored to original stats and lived aboard classic CHRIS CRAFTS my entire life, the work done to this wonderful roamer is CRAP, AND THESE POP YACHT STOOGES are the WALLMART of boat sales

Yes stay away from this outfit, if they don't sell the boats just sink and disappear, for insurance I guess.

There is always an issue with the boats, no papers not really able to sell, the marina fees have not been paid in years and no one really knows who owns the boat. Stay clear.

Nice boat aside from the ruined interior by painting and not very good job of it at that...Should be returned to original state..
