Unavoidable delay and Logbook Entries

I do not believe that you must record the delay as Rest Time, but remember your work hours. Some companies will not pay for Rest Periods

You are right that companies do not pay for delays;)... you only need to record it as rest time if you experience an unavoidable delay and it causes you to exceed your max work hourse. You also required to record times, location and cause of delay. Read it on the cover of your logbook ;)
