5:31 why just line voltages? why not phase voltage? also by the percentage does taht mean if one line voltage = 440V and 2nd one line voltage = 425V so relative diff is more than 5% thats why neg currents will be produced ??

Yes ofcourse phase voltages or line voltages are same things . The impact is same whatever the voltage is. And you can see the formula for calculating voltage or current unbalance percentages. All 3 phases are calculated
