I agree completely, this is a great watch, particularly for the price. I bought one from the link you put up on the community post, the price was so good, it's unlikely I could have save more than a couple of £ waiting for the sale. Not only is the original vastly more expensive to buy, but servicing mechanical chronographs is eye wateringly expensive.

I got one of these when they girst came out. I wasnt expecting it to be as good as it is. Very legible. Only thing to watch out for is that the strap is very short for a large wrist.

Ive only become interested in watches recently. Didnt like the look of field watches at 1st..(dress watches more my thing) but fields have grown on me.. More sturdy / durable and still look somewhat classy..more so if jazzed up with a nice bracelet or learher strap Ill almost defn be buying this watch. Few others on shortlist too so will come down to juggling moolah

If you are in Europe your taxes are added before you get to the checkout. Here in the UK the prices do not include that 😊

The only thing I would change is the hands, their shape is fine, but I don't think polished hands are appropriate for that style of watch. I would make the needles white and the centers black, and to enhance at-a-glance legibility I'd make the entire polished portion of the seconds hand black so you just see the little red portion at the end of it floating around the dial.
