Somthing is vastly wrong with the math here. Milimeter is a thousandth of a meter or .039 inches micrometer is thousandth of a milimeter or .000039 inch nanometer is a thousandth of a micrometer or .000000039 inch

Torque is a measure of force applied at a distance from a pivot. So for example a force of 3 Newtons at a distance of 2 meters results in a torque of 6 Newton meter (abbreviated as 6 Nm). In contrast a distance of 1x10^-9 is 1 nanometer. I suspect that something stupid, whether human or artificial, guessed at the term used, not realizing that case is significantly, and got it wrong.
