Is it just me or did anyone else see the reverse equipment numbering on the cat as thought it was from a mirror?

I see a lot of room for improvement. I’ve run heavy equipment for 30 years. He did a satisfactory job… but he could do better. Poor crowning/drainage and the uphill isn’t worked like it should be. Operator should have stepped it or at very least did a half cut on the uphill.
