They saw how caring and devoted she is. That's why, out of jealousy, they start attacking her that she's imitating somebody. Now, who has the potential to conquer KZbin. It's not the numbers, but what one does that touches another person heart. A total stranger. What a blessing to her.

That rice he is cooking it's not brown rice, that's parboiled rice. Brown rice is different and takes longer to cook, but it's better than white rice for sure. So look for brown rice when next you go shopping.

There's no difference much between white rice and brown rice, so long as you are eating your white rice with protein. The brown rice cover has some chemicals that will not come out. Google it yourself.

The elder live his entire life with whole food no carnivore lifestyle! My grand parents are Jamaican all four of them lived very long lives too the only difference is they were carnivores moderate meat eaters mixed with fish As the staple in their diets the one who died first only ate fish he died at 93 the others actually out lived him and remained cognitive til the end free of any modern diseases! Both my paternal and maternal grandmothers out lived their husbands by 4 and 7 years each. My grand aunt in my father's side died at 102 a carnivore. So there are pros and cons in both sides of the long life what you eat fence. Moderation in all your choices of food limit the white stuff rice flour etc and of course sweets is one ..exercise is another and try to eat the whole and not the processed anything! Big up to the elder.
