yall have been weighed, yall have been measured, and yall have been found stronger than you thought you were in jan 2024. I pray the neighbor problem has been fixed. I can imagine yall get advice and opinions from 4k plus and Im the last one that wants to give anyone advice because I believe the best way to do something is the way you ike to do it. If I offer either its from the heart and only to help flatten ot some of the hills on that coaster ride or save you uneeded expense or troubles. 2025 is already starting better cause the stairs project was not only a huge obstacle for you but it was also the next steps to the future.
