The intent of interview is good but unfortunately there were many interruptions inbetween important messages and she could not complete the message many times. Ideally the interviewer leads the discussion in a way that the message gets clearer and complete and not the other way. Thank you for the insightful tips anyway but may be do the interview again with a structured questionnaire and let madam complete her responses.
