I love my 2a, mine arrived on the 11h, one day before the launch which was lucky! It is a really nice device for the price.The buttons are made out of anodised aluminium, not plastic which is cool. It doesn't have a simulated wire anything. It has an NFC coil around he camera which is functional. The ribben cable going from the bottom of he phone connects the SIM, USB-C and battery to the main board. The design is making functional parts on show for you to see. Watch Nothing's video's explaining this. I have loved messing with Perplexity AI too. It can actually read text from images you input. Whether it is a screenshot or a box of cereal. You can even ask it questions based on what it has read. Very powerful stuff.

@LukasOndris There are no heatpipes. The curvy line you see connects the USB-C, SIM, battery and fingerprint to the main board which contains the SoC. Nothing Phone 2a has a vapor chamber and some graphine or graphite layer to help sink the heat better.

Currently on iPhone 13 mini, im missing a bit android OS, good battery Life and a lil bit bigger screen. Might take this one sometime, as is seems to be the best budget. At least its not full of bloatware and ads compared to Xiami Poco… thanks for the review !

Just buy a poco install custom rom like pixel experience or anything. Or if you are that privacy conscious, just install graphene os. Poco gives really good hardware for the price. Can't say the same thing about nothing

@@cinemaultra16 faulty update is the issue. That's y motherboard is dying. All of these motherboard and stuffs of all mobile phones are made by a common company and distributed among different brands. That's y I said to install custom rom.

How to disable drop down menu during phone lock, is there any way to disable drop down menu during which phone is on security lock.The same thread is available with community but no one has taken the same seriously and its a major concern with respect to safety incase of theft etc as airplane mode is usually with drop down for maximum user.Awaiting favorable response.

(Although it has a three day battery which is one reason I can't go to pixel 7a , the difference in battery would be a shock for me coming from 2-3 days) But yeah I think I will keep the Nokia as a second phone and go with the 2a .

The oneplus 12r seems like a better deal. Its easier to buy , it has better customer service and much faster charging. The nothing doesn't come with a charger and the oneplus does.

The phone is too big for all-around plastic phone. Carl was talking about sticking to premium materials. I don't care about the back of the phone. Plastic back is safe but plastic rails..nope. I've got Nord 2 and after year it slowly bends in my pocket. No plastic rails anymore in 6.5 and more size of a telephone. Instead of those Glyphs I rather choose aluminium rails. One notif8cation glyph would be enough cuz I never lay my phone with display down. All I wanna know in already on the display. But I understand Glyphs is an Icon for Nothing even it is a gimmick to me.

@@LeechTM Also bin erst auf Dein Kanal aufmerksam geworden beim NPhone 2a Unboxing. Dachte mir Du wärst Engländer. Dann die Fotos vom Shop mit dem Telefonplakat Vorwahl Stuegart. Die Atmosphäre in den Videos gefällt mir gut. Sonst schaute ich fast nie Android Content an. Seit ich den Pixel 6 mit dem NPhone eingetauscht habe schaue ich mehr Android an. Mein Content auf IG hat sich leicht geändert.... weniger Äpfel mehr "Nichts"

I'm switching from my Note 20 Ultra (broken screen), and didn't want to spend a lot on a new phone. Is this phone a good option? I don't care much about most of Samsung's features. All I care about is that it doesn't lag when doing basic stuff like switching apps and all that stuff. I know the camera won't be the same, but, as long as it's half decent, it should work. And if not, my GFs S10 still has a pretty good camera.

its pretty much the best budget phone with 2024 mid term specs. Its fast, i had no lags except for the camera taking around 1 second or so until its ready.

@@LeechTM camera speed won't be a issue, unless I'm trying to get a picture of my cat. I'm still unsure about the specs, if they'll be enough in a couple of years. Maybe the pixel 7a is a safer choice, but I still wanted to try this one

@@dariomilani8382 i had iphone 15pro and i always had the newest iphones, i will use the 2a until the nothing phone 3 comes out 👌🏼 I know the only thing is the camera what i will miss on the iphone but im tired after years its always the same and less updates so nothing give u much more value and notjings ear pods are so unique u cant even compare them to the air pods im super happy to made the switch and hyped what comes in the future because NothingOS is so nice there is no competition on the market 😎💪
