Hi Paddy, because of your channel you will never guess were i am. I have a Thai wife and even she had not been to Petchabun. Saw the brown seven eleven, had a dark choccy milk, drove the 2331, saw the pointy gold thing up top and saw the fantastic five Buddha temple which was amazing. I get a bit templed out sometimes in Thailand but this one is the best i have seen and is something special. Anyway thanks for your channel and you do a great job.

Hiya Paddy, I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Petchabun from 1987 to 1989. I am married to the woman of my dreams who is originally from the area of Lomsak in Petchabun, though we actually met at her face massage spa in Bangkok. There are some other lesser know destinations in Petchabun I would be happy to share with you sometime. Let me know if you are interested. I went to petchbun many times I always stayed in the Kosinski hill hotel they had a great band and the staff were very nice hopefully I will be back I went to a war museum on the top of a hill and the views were unbelievable

Very close to Phu Tub Berk, there is Phu Hin Long Kra National Park. In Phu Hin Long Kra National Park, you should walk around Larn Hin Pum. The view is breathtaking. It should be about 1-2 hours walk (Not very hard walk, almost relaxing). You will love it.

Superb as usual especially disappearing into the mist at the end. You appear so fascinated with the flowers. Here are some common names. Dark maroon grass we call cattails. Pink flowers known as cosmos. You get fields of it growing wild here in S.A. and it also comes in white and maroon. Quite a sight on the Highveld . Orange flowers Balsam and not sure but think the " microphone flowers were Cockscomb.

I was watching this video with a smile on my face, thinking - Phetchabun, together with Phitsanulok, has to be the most beautiful places in Thailand/SEA. I am trying to convince my gf that we should live somewhere in this area, but she is questioning why not where she lives today - Chaiyaphum. If she watch your Phetchabun/Phitsanulok series, hopefully she will rethink... AND!! I am happy that Dreamy are still alive after all the struggles she has have on this journey. She is a strong "lady"
