People can't handle the truth. Most people were taught competition. This is the Crab in the barrel mentality. They think we need to compete for the head position. But, what most don't understand is we(male/female) are forced sometimes to lead without consent. Everyone don't have the ability to manage and lead and if and when the need help they feel defeated when someone who they view as competition can get the job done and continue linger on with out getting help. When people make poor accusations and try to tear down someone's character it's because they feel defeated and don't want to properly gain the same or more knowledge to thrive. That is why people who are humble enough to recognize the struggle can prosper and conquer in peace. Know how to win some and lose some. Don't let circumstances destroy you every time they come around because they is still life after that trial and or tribulation.

Therapy can help, surround yourself with postive people, do an uplifting hobby, talk to people who can help you on your journey of healing. Stop walking around here hurting people because you're hurting inside. Several people need to go find somebody who is going to heal your mind, heart, and soul. For example the “men in the comments said they don’t want a career woman because she isn’t agreeable”. No they don’t want a woman who isn’t agreeable and a career woman is more likely to be that.
