Strangely, we did not hear the trains- and we were worried about that as well. We don’t know if it is the quality of the trains, the quality of the tracks, or the double glazing, but it never woke us up. And we’re both light sleepers. @@daviddufresne684breakfast was extra, but we highly recommend the breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant right next door instead, The Breakfast Club. In the Netherlands, all prices represented are inclusive of all taxes, so there are no surprises. And when you get your bill, it will show the tax breakdown so you can reclaim your VAT.
