It’s been a few month since we used it as we have been traveling abroad. But It has held up great the first 6 months we had it and loved using it down in Baja for a couple months this year.

I bought the same bike in February. This year has less than 100 miles on it stopped working a month ago. Customer support is making me jump through hoops of fire over 30 emails back-and-forth at this point.

The lock on e-bike batteries is primarily to ensure the battery doesn’t fall off and/or short while riding. Nobody is taking their batteries off their bike and leaving it unattended hoping “nobody will steal it.” 😆

I was thinking about this bike so happy to see your unboxing. It looks like good quality. How fast is it in the highest power setting?

The quality is really good. So far we have only had it on dirt and in sand with a max speed of 28. I think a flat paved surface it could go faster.

I've only been able to hit 35mph on mine once, then its around 32-33mph everytime.

Good question. We haven’t figured that one out either. So far we mostly used it in Baja. Only took one little test drive in the states on dirt before we headed across the border.
