Can't agree!😡 Often the horses are trying to get away from the mauling hands touching it all the time, horses have as much right as people to their personal space the tourists do not show respect or care for the horse they are touching without permission, how would you like a complete stranger in your face touching your body without your permission, they are working troopers like the solder on their back not a petting zoo or Disneyland this is a working barracks and i don't know of any other business where strangers would be able to just walk into an office or factory and maul the staff about in this way, can you? the anxiety these horses go through everyday is very stressful and when they act up it is because they want to get away from it. They often look traumatised and very unhappy they try every which way to tell the stupid people to stop, as flight animals they are basically afraid of everything so no it isn't lovely interaction for the horse at all I watch these interactions with these beautiful animals everyday and having worked with traumatised horses it infuriates me that this is allowed to continually happen. 😡
