ڈاکٹر صاحبہ اتنا بھی سیمپل نہیں ہے اچھی خاصی اس میں ڈائٹنگ ہے 1 گھنٹے کی واک اور 16 17 گھنٹے کی فاسٹنگ اسان تھوڑی ہے۔ پھر یہ وہ لائف سٹائل ہے جو اپ پوری زندگی کے لئے نہیں رکھ سکتے جیسے ہی اپ اپنے پرانے لائف اسٹائل پر ائیں گے وزن پھر سے بڑھ جائے گا

مجھے بھی بہت بھوک لگتی تھی اب قابو پا لیا ہے ایک نیوٹریشن سے سنا مے نے جب آپ کم کھانا شروع کرتے ہے ہفتہ دس دن مے آپ کی باڈی کو عادت ہوجاتی ہے پھر بھوک بھی کم لگتی ہے آپ کھانا کھانے سے پہلے لازمی پانی پیا کرے رول بنا لے اپنا کم کھاے اور اسپغول کا چھلکا یوز کرے بھوک کم کرتا ہے وہ اور باقی چیا سیڈ بھی لے سکتی ہے
