I'm so shocked this channel has been around for 13 years and equally as shocked that it doesn't have the subscriber count that it should! When I found it I fell in love because it's not always the same popular places. It's not the same run-of-the-mill investigations they are a lot of residential homes. I've always loved the abandonment technique. It seems sometimes when you ( in general)are looking for something, you are bound to find it but this is unfiltered. It is what it is. Raw. I love it!

So many creepy bizarre occurrances in these locations. The music and the child saying meow, the conversation at the end in #1, the creaking door, the shadows on the doll are all unexplainable and eerie. Great job on this episode Dave & Ryan. Ryan, your editing skills are through the roof.

Yep you're abandonment's are a phenomenal part of the first rate investigations that you guys have always done, still do. Have noticed lately some other " groups" have been putting this in theirs albeit on smaller scale. Copy cats lol 😆. Seriously though Ryan and Dave you are literally groundbreakers with the actual recorded Estes ( extreme honesty) etc that all goes into your top notch investigations. Used to think you guys were one of the best but my humble opinion has changed. You the mighty P.Q. are the best out there. All the best to you both Ryan, Dave and your loved one's. Ps. First, I absolutely love this method. It is so cool to see what happens naturally without anyone else in the building. Second, I will never get tired of hearing Dave yell, "WE'RE LEAVIIIIIIIIIIIIIING" it gives me goosebumps every time. I also got to tour the prospect house and seeing the basement again on video reminded me of how intense the energy of that house was.

It’s insane how many videos and hours of evidence you’ve recorded with the technique alone. I like the abandonment segment, it's a very good idea. I also had the same problem when I checked out a haunted house. I had been there 10 minutes talking to the family about what had been happening when 4 men gate-crashed with a vacuum cleaner and tape recorder playing the Ghostbusters theme.

G'day boys, these were all awesome. My favourite part is when the music plays. It reminds me of a tape of mixed children's songs we used to play in early childhood care 20 - 30 years ago.
