I've got a pretty silly tip but I've found it quite useful at times... The heart rate app, when opened, triggers a green light at the back of the watch. The watch can then be removed and used as a handheld torch. The light is quite bright (much brighter than the white torch screen), although it is green in color :p

Thanks for the tips. I have the Apple watch 2. The remote works for videos too. I use that more than I do for stills. I also use the timer quite a lot, sort of a reminder when the washer is done etc. Another tip... You can use most 38mm watch bands on the 42mm watch. For women, it's just that much smaller & more feminine and it looks great. I discovered that when I ordered a 38mm by mistake.

I’ve had my Apple Watch since 2 years ago and just rcently update my 2011 MPB (not compatible with the unlock feature using the watch) for a a Brand new 2017 13” MBP without touch bar, and i can say the unlock feature using de Apple Watch is one of the most useful and satisfying features of all time, cuz everytime the MBP is unlocked you get a súper subtle notification on your Apple Watch. Now unlock your mac using a password feels pretty archaic

Good video, but please be more thorough when saying specs details, for instance unlock mac with Apple watch only works with macbooks late 2013 and over. Otherwise many people will be going crazy looking for that option :) Nice videos you got!

Thanks for the video ! I bought lte version primary because i wanted a sportloop band and the price was just about 20 euros different between getting lte version with loop band and buying an extra band with gps model. I would like to see how you use lte feature. For me, I happen to use lte connection at the gym leaving my phone in the locker but i could totally do the same just without apple music streaming. And as i don't really do outdoor sport like running, and living in the suburbs kinda make me take my phone always with me(using it in the transport), I'm wondering how I could use it more often. Otherwise, I would also like to know your opinion on ceramic finish. Everytime I saw it at apple store I wasn't really convinced about it's plasticky... look(texture) for both white and (especially)grey model, considering the price. So how do you find it in daliy life, regardless the durability and stuff, more on aesthetic side ?

Here's another tip. When you press down for a more than a sec on the find your phone button on your apple watch, your iPhone will flash.

You could also ping your phone if your ringer is on. When you swipe up on the clock face you will see a phone icon next to the WiFi. If you hit that it will ping your phone. I’ve used it many times and it is very useful.
