@sturmovik127418 сағат бұрын
This happened in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA in 2012. The 2-year-old child was visually impaired, so she lifted him over the railing (having passed several warning signs about such things). The family and the zoo settled a lawsuit out of court for an undisclosed amount. The zoo later replaced the wild dogs with cheetahs, not in any admission of wrongdoing but because the dogs would always have reminded people of the tragedy.

Although this looks tragic, it is not a scenario that happens often. Nature tends to balance its self out naturally. Predators dont eat as easily as we think they do and a population of an animal species must be maintained. Remember, if there are too many impalas for example, they will destroy nature by eating too much of the vegetation which can cause devastation in other areas.
@julius434617 күн бұрын
Of course, but it's still brutal and we are emphatic enough to feel sorry for this individual creature.
@containedhurricane6 күн бұрын
It would be better if there were only herbivores with one year life span in the world, instead of balancing the ecosystem with carnivores
@Sovereign_King6 күн бұрын
@ not possible and not efficient. The carnivores play an impotent role as well. They have to pick off the weak, wounded and the ones that got lost from their herd. They essentially clean off the carcasses and dead flesh otherwise the land would rot and there could be far more consequences and diseases.

Fist of all, it can be hours before you see anything interesting, meaning you want to preserve your cellphone (or camera) battery as much as possible can't be shooting all the time . The other thing is this is not a "chasing the dogs" documentary. As these are chance encounters (actually scouting by tour operators locate interesting sights and alert other tour guides who rush their patrons to the scenes) videos are mostly shot by patrons ( And we thank them very much as they also pay handsomely for the experience ) to the national parks/nature reserves and not by dedicated professionals. So do not expect a BBC style video with narration or production, no producers here lol!
