This talk can also be seen as a brief review of his very interesting and thought-provoking book 'Alchemy'.

They found that loading screens on computers which started off slowly and then speeded up at the end were more satisfying. Expectation versus realisation. The worst thing are loading screens that do not signify how long you may have to wait.

I LOVE THIS GUY ! I’ve given myself an Ivy league crash course on behavioral economics and found wanting and couldn’t help but feel skeptical, this fills that void.
