I purchased these in July 2020. They lay down color much more easily than the video shows. Very little pressure needed and great strength for the price. I was very pleased.

Hey Mike nice unbox n swatch video. I have a recommendation? Kasey Golden just did a “swatch” video where she drew one of her Ant pictures and filled it in using ALL of the colors from an art box, she created a real world situation showing the colors from the kit and how they reacted in a painting. Denise Soden “In Liquid Color” here on KZbin has a downloadable sheet that you can use to swatch your watercolors and you basically fill in the mushrooms (she has other object choices) and you get a real feeling for how your paints will work in a painting! Have you ever considered creating a swatch video like those? I really believe that it would benefit your viewers and customers much more! I wish more artists would show viewers an alternative swatch video, rather than the standard square fill in footage! Just a thought for the future. Thank you for highlighting these pencils.

Most look good in the dissolution quality and pigment intensity...2 qualities I look for in a WC pencil. Thanks! About the brush you used, vs the one in description box??looks really nice, but wasn't a water brush. Wanna share?
