not at all, you’d literally have to be submerged to get enough water to hydrolock the engine

Man I wish this was available when I bought ECS’s scoop last year! Regardless, had to remove it anyway since it doesn’t fit with the APR intercooler. I did notice my intake was a lot quieter with it on, so my assumption was it didn’t need to spend as much effort sucking in cold air.
